We collect only essential demographic and health data required to formulate safe clinical treatment regimens: full name, phone number, email, dermatological history, allergies, and current medications. We never sell, lease, or monetize your personal or clinical information.

Diagnostic photography, multispectral skin scans, and gynaecological records are stored in encrypted, HIPAA-compliant electronic medical dossiers accessible exclusively by our attending physicians. No procedural imagery is shared publicly without explicit written consent.

To preserve our unhurried standard of care, each suite is reserved exclusively for one guest at a time. We request at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellations. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes past their appointment time may receive a modified consultation to respect subsequent reservations.
